This notice explains how Genial Ventures Pte Ltd handles personal data on groundworkkit.com. We are a company registered in Singapore.
What we collect
Your email address when you request the free download, and whether you chose to hear about new templates. If you buy something, our payment provider collects your name, email address, country and payment details, and gives us the order record. If you answer our feedback form or send a template request, we collect what you write, and your name and email if you choose to give them. Our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To send you the download link. To ask you once for feedback on the templates. If you leave the box ticked, to tell you when we publish new templates. If you send us a template request, to decide what to publish next and to reply if you gave an email. To process orders, issue receipts and give support. To keep the site secure and meet legal and tax duties.
Your consent
We ask for your email address for the download. The box to hear about new templates is next to the form, is ticked for you, and you can untick it. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the site. They handle data on our instructions: Cloudflare for hosting, email routing and analytics; Brevo for sending email; Tally for the feedback and template request forms; Polar as our merchant of record for payments. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is processed
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. We choose providers that protect personal data to a standard we consider appropriate.
How long we keep it
Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order and tax records for as long as the law requires. Feedback and template requests until we have reviewed them and no longer need them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, you may also have the right to object, to restrict use of your data, to move it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that does not place cookies on your device.
Children
The site is meant for professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the data we hold. No online service is completely secure. Where the law requires, we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you.
